Let us introduce you all to Noah, before we bid him farewell as he heads off to college. Noah came to us at the start of high school, and it's been a pleasure to watch him grow as a person both in and out of the gym. He has committed to the SH program, and his health and well being has truly benefited... and it really shows. We couldn't be more proud of Noah, and wish him the best of luck as he heads off for his next adventure!

1. How long have you been doing the SH program and what value has it brought you?

I have been coming to SH for 3 years and it has really helped me become more active and healthy, especially over the last year.

2. What does strength happens mean to you, and how do you apply it to your day to day life?

I think that going to this gym has helped me greatly in my overall journey to getting in better shape. I had to start somewhere, and SH is where it started for me. Throughout these past couple months, it has been one of many things that I have done to keep myself improving physically. And now that I am leaving for college, I think that all the work that I have done will inspire me to be more active as I embark on a new part of my life.

3. What activities do you like to do outside of the gym?

I like to read, hike, volunteer at the cat shelter, and spend time with my family. Of course, this is all about to change for me, but I will still read and stay active.

4. What’s your favorite healthy “go to” snack?

Banana and peanut butter is one of my favorite snacks.

5. Top 3 songs on your ideal workout playlist?

I honestly never listen to music when working out, it is too distracting and makes me miss out on the moment.
