Our exclusive use of Los Banos Pool creates a private environment for personalized coaching. Each workout is designed to work on technique, develop endurance, and enhance performance. All are welcome; coaching is specific to your fitness levels and goals.

Flexibility for Injury Prevention Group

The flexibility for injury prevention session has been incorporated in our program here at SBT as a necessary method to rehab and prevent chronic injuries. Over time the repetitive nature of cardio vascular activity will cause tightness and muscular imbalances that lead to chronic injuries. In this session we will be doing the necessary preventive therapy and stretching to manage problematic areas while keeping chronic overuse injuries at bay.
