Body in Balance Class

Body in Balance is a class inspired by Yoga, Pilates, various stretches and mat work. It’s designed to engage and control core muscle
groups, elongate large tight muscles while increasing range of motion and flexibility. You will feel like you are working at moments
while keeping your heart rate low and controlled, then relax and release tension in overused muscles. It’s a great way to tone up, relax, and feel good while actively stretching and taping into new areas of balance and well being. Appropriate for all experience levels and ages, with personal attention to body alignment and sports-related limitations or injuries.
