Hello SBT Members,
First off, we are so pleased with everyone's continued effort and dedication here at SBT, as we watch all of you gain an overall higher level of fitness. The tone has been set for 2012, and we can tell it's going to be a year full of new heights.
There have been a few changes that we would like to announce. Jenny Schatzle has moved her growing bootcamps to a larger facility that can accomodate the size. We wish her the best, and will always consider her part of the SBT family.
We will be adding more strength training and conditioning classes to our schedule effective February 20th: Please note the addition of new classes;
Monday 6 am with Lydia Kitahara, Monday 12 noon with Chris Bartl, Thursday 12 noon with Chris Bartl
We are reviewing the spin schedule and will keep you posted of upcoming changes and additions.

It's hard to believe that summer is almost over. The kids are back in school, the day light hours are getting shorter, and we are all adjusting into our fall schedules. It is our philosophy that life is full of change, and keeping up with these changes is just another reason we strive to provide the most PERSONAL training services in Santa Barbara. This fall we challenge you to stay focused on your fitness.
Instead of falling back, we want you to stay healthy and fit during the up-coming fall season. To keep you motivated and challenged, we have added some great new group workouts to our schedule. It is our goal to make it easier for you to get the workouts in that you need, and to keep you on track. We have added several spin classes and boot camps to our current schedule. The new group schedule is attached below, please take a look and decide which classes will work best for you.
Jenny Schatzle is bringing her entire boot camp program to SBT. All boot camps will be 6 weeks in length, and will be priced based on the number of days you attend weekly. This is a new program here at SB Training and we are very excited to have Team Schatzle heading it up. So, tell your friends about the best camps in town and she’ll prove it. I am pleased to announce that Chris Bartl has joined the SB Training team full time. With a background and passion for power lifting, Chris brings a new component to the already diversified set of expertise here at SBT. Chris would be happy to give anyone a free session, should you be interested in his style and approach. For more information e-mail .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) .
Now, with over twenty group training sessions weekly, there is something for everyone and every schedule. So please take a moment to look over the classes below, and kick start the fall season better than ever. For any additional questions regarding the schedule, please visit our web site at www.sbtraining.org .
If you refer a friend to one of the group workouts during September you will receive a free week of training in October.

Summer is finally here. You can tell by the weather outside, as well as the increase in used towels, water, and not to mention, the extra sweat sprays on the mirrors here at SBT. Of course we don’t mind, the sweat is a symbol of hard work, and with that hard work comes results!
By now, most of you are deep into the summer schedule of kid’s camps, summer barbeques, and vacations. We understand that this schedule doesn’t always lend itself to you getting your workouts in. So, we have added another great group workout to our roster here at SBT to help you keep the summer indulgences from showing up on your beach body.
Some of you may have already seen, or even tried, one of SBT’s Ultimate Spinning workouts, but if not, now is the time. This is a great low cost workout, offered at several convenient times throughout the week. Below is a schedule for spinning, as well as the other group workouts offered throughout the summer months.
