Well it's hard to believe spring is here, but it is indeed. Summer is just around the corner, and we all know what that means. Time to complete whatever fitness endeavors you have set out to accomplish, or just get out there and strut your stuff. If you haven't been completely successful at achieving your goals thus far, do not to worry there is still time. 
 
We've had a great start to 2012, and we look forward to keeping the momentum rolling. That being said, we are excited to announce several new services, programs, and client perks. We have added additional groups to our schedule, including a youth program and several CRAZY FIT preparation groups. So check out our schedule on the web, and keep an eye out for updates about things to come.
 
We at SB Training are excited to introduce our new program, Youth F.I.T. This program will keep your kids active and healthy while also experiencing Fun ITraining! Youth F.I.T. will consist of semi private groups of youths 5th grade thru high school. Your child will be engrossed in a mentorship program that will not only get them ready for tryouts, or the big sports season, but will also teach them how to make the right decisions to lead a confident and healthy life style. We will keep your ‘mentoree’s mind sharp all summer long, asking them to research topics in health, and by involving them in community activities. We are currently offering after school training on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3-4 PM. Our summer hours will also include Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-11 AM starting June 19th.  Cost: $399 per month includes 2 sessions per week.  If the above times don’t work for you, contact us to arrange a custom day/time for a group of 3 or more!
CRAZY FIT CHALLENGE on May 19th will be another great event SB Training is proud to have. We feel like this is the ultimate way for clients to use what they have worked so hard to build. With a change of venue, and lots of new sponsors, we are sure this will be the best year yet. If you haven't signed up yet, get on it!
As trainers, it's often hard to know exactly what clients needs or want are from us. We look to bring the best service possible with the most current training approaches. So, with all of you in mind we have developed an online client logging and tracking database.  The link is www.clients.sbtraining.org/login then click on the 'client login' tab at the top of the page. From there you will create your username and password. This site is available for all current clients to create a login to begin reviewing your past results, and progress. Please bare with us as we are still trying to get all client data entered, as well as iron out any kinks with the site. Your patience and feedback will be greatly appreciated during this process.

Get Ready for CRAZY FIT CHALLENGE 2012!

Hello Crazy Fitters,

      We are proud to announce CRAZY FIT CHALLENGE 2012 on May 19th at Elings Park in Santa Barbara! This event was created for our clients to showcase all of the hard work they have put in over the past years at SB Training. Plus, this is a great way to share our love of health, fitness and a positive attitude to our community and friends.  So, tell your friends about CRAZY FIT CHALLENGE! We are very excited about our new site at Elings Park.  It will prove to be a refreshing and challenging course for all!

      Registration will be open Saturday March 17th @ www.crazyfitchallenge.com

If you're already attending sessions or classes at SB Training, fear not- we'll get you more than prepared for the race. We'll be offering CRAZY FIT TRAINING CAMPS starting April 9th  for all others that are looking to gain that competitive edge.

      We'll keep you updated as the event gets closer, but for now....sign up and mark your calendars for the craziest CRAZY FIT CHALLENGE so far!

What’s new at SB Training

Hello SBT Members,

First off, we are so pleased with everyone's continued effort and dedication here at SBT, as we watch all of you gain  an overall higher level of fitness.  The tone has been set for 2012, and we can tell it's going to be a year full of new heights.

There have been a few changes that we would like to announce. Jenny Schatzle has moved her growing bootcamps to a larger facility that can accomodate the size. We wish her the best, and will always consider her part of the SBT family. 

We will be adding more strength training and conditioning classes to our schedule effective February 20th: Please note the addition of new classes;

Monday 6 am with Lydia Kitahara, Monday 12 noon with Chris Bartl, Thursday 12 noon with Chris Bartl

We are reviewing the spin schedule and will keep you posted of upcoming changes and additions.
